Grandville Hires Mitch Fountain To Guide Girls Program

The Grandville women's water polo team has announced the hiring Mitch Fountain as head coach to guide the program.

Fountain was the head coach during the 2018 season, and helped the Bulldogs to their first State Tournament Appearance since 2000.

He has coached for eight seasons, and formerly coached at Grand Ledge from 2016-2017. a

Fountain played collegiately at Washington and Jefferson to cap an 11 year playing career.

At the prep level, Fountain was an All-American for the Okemos Chiefs and held several program records when he graduated.
